It was built to the east of the Mother See, on the left side of the main road leading to the Mother Cathedral. The author of the project is R. Israelian. It was built with the donation of American-Armenian Stepan Ter-Grigoryan, in memory of Rev. Fr. Grigor Parsyan of Qghi city, his grandfather, Avag, and his parents, Manuk and Aziz Ter-Grigoryans. The opening ceremony took place in 1967.
