It is located on the eastern side of Araratyan street. It was built during the reign of Catholicos Mkrtich I Khrimyan as a seminary hospital. The donors were the Tumanyan brothers living in Baku.
During the Soviet years, the building was nationalized. Currently, the building functions as a charity dental clinic. The reconstruction architect is Levon Vardanyan, it was rebuilt in 2004, under the patronage of Jean-Noel Guerini, President of the Administrative Council of Bouches-du-Rhône, France, and with the efforts of the French-Armenian charity "Altitude 5165" (Marseille, France).
