The building built in 1960 was given to the Preaching Center in the late 1990s. The two-story building is located in the garden area of the northwestern side of St. Gayane Monastery. Not being a monastic structure before, it had a separate entrance and was later joined to the monastery. Since June 1 in 2018, the "Kyurkchyan" children's support center has been notified there. This great charity project was made possible by a donation from George and John Kurkchian.
