To the south of Ghazarapat is the new Brotherhood residence of the Mother See. It was built on the initiative of the Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II and with the patronage of the great benefactor of the Armenian Church Richard Manukyan.
The architect is Ruben Azatyan. The foundation blessing service was held on August 31 in 2002. It consists of 82 residences.
The Brotherhood refectory is located in the eastern semi-basement part of the residence.
