It is located on the northeast side of the Gevorkian Theological Seminary, in the part of the educational yard adjacent to Araratyan Street. It is connected to the staircase of the Gevorkian Seminary through passages from the south side. The architect of the building is Jim Torosyan, the sponsors are Petros and Anna Orunchagjiel. The foundation blessing service was held on July 11, 2009 and the opening was held on November 5, 2011. The building has two floors. The sports hall is on the first floor, the Auditorium is on the second floor.
