Located on the south side of the Brotherhood Residence on a separate plot east of the former hospital or Garegin I Educational Center. The architect of the building is Anahit Tarkhanyan. It was built in 2005 with the donation of Louise Manoogian Simone. The architectural solution is designed in such a way that the structure serves as a production and storage building.
