Republican Prayer Service and Blessing of Pomegranates Held at Holy Etchmiadzin on New Year’s Eve

On New Year's Eve, under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, a Republican prayer service was held at the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin.
After the service, the blessing of the pomegranates ceremony was held at the open altar of St. Trdat in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
