Catholicos of All Armenians Received the Delegation of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation

On February 20, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, received at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin representatives of the leadership of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation who had arrived from various countries, headed by Bureau representative Armen Rustamyan.
His Holiness imparted his blessing to those present, expressing his deep appreciation for their patriotic service, urging them to continue their devoted efforts to strengthen the Homeland, foster a dignified and secure life for the people, and address the challenges of the present time.
During the meeting, issues related to the social and ecclesiastical life of the nation were discussed, as well as anti-church actions by the authorities, which undermine the proper exercise of pastoral ministry and adversely affect the spiritual life of the faithful.
His Holiness emphasized that, despite all trials and difficulties, the Church and the clergy will steadfastly continue their salvific and nation-preserving mission for the prosperity and well-being of the Armenian people.
The members of the delegation expressed their support for the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and the Supreme Patriarch, underscoring the centuries-old tradition and mission of the Armenian Church in strengthening Armenian statehood and preserving national identity.
