Universal Prayer for All Unlawfully Imprisoned

On June 29, by the directive of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, a special appeal was made during the Divine and Immortal Liturgy at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and in diocesan churches and monasteries across Armenia. The faithful were urged to lift their prayers to God during the chanting of “Lord, Have Mercy”, praying for peace in the homeland, for all those unlawfully imprisoned, and especially for Archbishop Mikael Ajapahyan, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, and national philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan.
May God hear the prayers of the faithful. Amen.
