Council of Oriental Orthodox Churches established in France

The Council of Oriental Orthodox Churches has been established in France. Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in France had the honor of welcoming to the Armenian Archdiocese: His Excellency Bishop Marc, Bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Paris and Northern France, His Excellency Bishop Louka, Bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Southern France, and His Excellency Bishop George, Metropolitan of the Syriac Orthodox Church of France, in the presence of lay representatives. The meeting adopted the statutes of the new Council and unanimously elected the chairman, His Excellency Archbishop Krikor Khachatryan.
