Council of Oriental Orthodox Churches Founded in France

His Excellency Archbishop Grikor Khachatryan, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in France, had the honor of hosting a meeting at the Armenian Archdiocese. Present were His Excellency Bishop Marc of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Paris and Northern France, His Excellency Bishop Louka of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Southern France, and His Excellency Metropolitan George of the Syriac Orthodox Church of France, along with several lay representatives. During the meeting, the statutes of the new Council were adopted, and His Excellency Archbishop Grikor Khachatryan was unanimously elected as its chairman.
