Catholicos of All Armenians Extends Greetings to the Staff of the Mother See

On January 8, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, met with the lay employees of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin in celebration of the New Year and the Feast of the Nativity and Theophany.
After the Lord’s Prayer, Bishop Mushegh Babayan, Director of the Administrative and Economic Department, offered warm greetings to His Holiness on behalf of the staff, expressing their deep devotion. Armen Ghazaryan, Deputy Director of the department, also extended congratulations on behalf of the employees.
In his address, His Holiness Karekin II conveyed patriarchal blessings and expressed sincere gratitude for the staff's dedication and commitment, which greatly contribute to the mission of Mother See. He highlighted their essential role in successfully organizing key events last year, including the Blessing of the Holy Muron and the consecration of the renovated Mother Cathedral—two significant milestones for the Armenian Church and its faithful.
The Catholicos encouraged the staff to face challenges with unwavering faith, hope, and determination. He said that the Armenian people united in faith, would overcome the difficulties, emphasizing that the Church, through its various pastoral, social, and spiritual activities, help alleviate the hardships.
After the meeting, His Holiness Karekin II offered prayers for the staff, invoking God’s protection and blessings upon their families, and expressing hope that they continue their devoted service to the Church and the Homeland with joy and fulfillment.
