Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem Theological Seminary Accepting Applications for 2016-2017 Enrollment 01.06.2016

To be considered for admission an applicant must be people over the age 15, who has completed his secondary or higher education.

An interview will be conducted with each candidate on the following topics:

1. Armenian language (written exam)
2. Armenian Literature (oral exam)
3. Armenian History (oral exam)
4. Music (vocal abilities)

All applicants for admission are required to complete and submit an application packet addressed to the Dean of Theological Seminary at the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem.

The documentation must include:

1. Completed Application Form
2. Certificate of secondary (or higher) education
3. Baptismal Certificate
4.  Resume and two photos
5. Letter of recommendation from the Diocesan Primate or local parish priest
6. Letter of recommendation from school director
7. Parental Consent
8. Original document - Military Registration Card
9. Copy of current passport

The tuition, lodging, food, clothing, medical and educational expenses of the student is provided by the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem.

Applications will be accepted at the Office of the Secretariat of the Gevorkyan Theological Seminary, from June 1 until July 30, Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
