Catholicos of All Armenians Received the Eurnekian School Student Council

On April 27, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received the Eurnekian Secondary School Student Council, accompanied by His Grace Bishop Vardan Navasardyan, Director of the Christian Education Center of the Mother See.
Members of the Student Council, spontaneously initiated and organized a program to support Artsakh.
During the meeting, Mr. Nairi Najaryan, Chairman of the Student Council informed His Holiness that all 322 students of the school were jointly participated in this initiative, collecting some money in support of the people of Artsakh and the Armenian soldiers.
The Catholicos of All Armenians conveyed his gratitude and love to the students stating that he had feelings of great pride, seeing the innocent spirit of courage in the youth and the dedicated patriotic zeal.
His Holiness Karekin II noted that due to youth who have such spririt, the history of the Armenian people has always been crowned with victories. His Holiness expressed confidence that during these days, when the enemy is initiating military operations, full of inhuman maneuverings, trying to break the tranquility of the Armenian people and the Armenian borders, the patriotic spirit of the Armenians themselves would again repel them, so that the enemy would never dare disrupt the people’s creative and peaceful life.
Attending the meeting was His Eminence Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Primate of the Diocese of Artsakh.
