Catholicos of All Armenians Receives the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands

On June 15, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenia, received Mr. Johannes Daumann (Residence in Tbilisi), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
During the meeting, His Holiness reflected on the existing cordial ties and developing cooperation between the two nations. He also expressed his appreciation for the attention given to the Armenian community in the Netherlands. They spoke about the Pope's upcoming visit to Armenia. The Catholicos of All Armenians presented the significance of the visit to the Ambassador and highlighted the collaboration of the Churches in overcoming challenges facing humanity.
At the conclusion of the meeting, His Holiness wished him success in his mission, for the strengthening of ties between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by His Eminence Archbishop Nathan Hovhannisyan, Director of the External Relations and Protocol Department of the Mother See.
