Armenian Apostolic Holy Church Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

By the Patriarchal Directive of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, new ecclesiastical appointments have been made.

Rev. Fr. Archimandrite Ignatios Malkhasyan has been relieved of his duties at Saint Gayane Monastery and appointed Abbot of Khor Virap Monastery.

Rev. Fr. Hieromonk Hovhannes Torgomyan has been relieved of his duties as Spiritual Supervisor of the Izmirlian Medical Center of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and assigned to pursue further studies at the Bossey Monastery in Switzerland.

Honorable Fr. Garnik Avoyan and Honorable Fr. Davit Igityan have been appointed to serve in the Armenian Diocese of Bulgaria.
