Catholicos of All Armenians Receives a Delegation from Argentina

On October 2, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, received a delegation from Argentina at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, comprising members of the Senate and political figures.
During the meeting, His Holiness noted that the delegation’s visit was another testament to the friendship between the Armenian and Argentine peoples, emphasizing the importance of such meetings in deepening mutual understanding and strengthening the ties between the two peoples.
The Supreme Patriarch expressed his appreciation for Argentina’s support for the Armenian people during difficult times, while also highlighting the Armenian community in Argentina's significant contribution to developing and strengthening relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, the Catholicos of All Armenians spoke about the mission and current activities of the Armenian Church, particularly emphasizing the importance of preserving the Christian faith, national identity, and spiritual values in the life of the Armenian people.
Delegation members thanked His Holiness for the warm reception, noting that the visit helped them become better acquainted with Armenia, the Armenian people, their history, and rich culture.
