The Auditing Committee carries out inspections of financial and economic activities; studies and internal controls; expresses opinion on the reliability of the financial report; ascertains the compliance of financial activities with the Bylaw of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church and the legislation of the given country in the dioceses, structures and divisions of the Mother See of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church.
The Catholicos of All Armenians presents recommendations in the direction of effective organization of the financial and economic activities of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church.
The Committee is accountable to the Catholicos of All Armenians and the Supreme Spiritual Council.
