Catholicos of All Armenians Receives Students of the Hayordeats Youth Centers

On May 14, on the occasion of the Feast of the Ascension of the Lord, students of the Hayordeats Youth Centers, operating under the auspices of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and the Armenian General Benevolent Union, presented a vibrant cultural program at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, making the festive day even more joyful and memorable for pilgrims and visitors.
At the conclusion of the event, the students of the Hayordeats Youth Centers were received by His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, who conveyed his fatherly blessing and words of fatherly love to the children.
His Holiness expressed joy that, on the occasion of the Feast of the Ascension, the students of the Hayordyats Homes had visited the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, further brightening the festive day through their beautiful performances. His Holiness noted with satisfaction that the Hayordyats Homes contribute to the discovery and development of the students’ gifts and talents, as well as to the formation of their spiritual, moral, and national character.
The Catholicos of All Armenians also emphasized the importance of the work of the Hayordyats Homes in various cities across Armenia, encouraging teachers and students to regularly organize spiritual and cultural events in communities during church and national feasts to promote Christian values and cultivate national traditions.
In conclusion, His Holiness expressed gratitude to the spiritual supervisor of the Hayordeats Centers, the directors, teachers, and clergy engaged in pastoral care for their dedicated and zealous service.
