Monastic Assembly Participants Visit Tsitsernakaberd Memorial, Yerablur Military Pantheon, and Komitas Pantheon 16.06.2025

On June 16, the monastics of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin serving in the dioceses and ecclesiastical institutions of Armenia and the Diaspora gathered at the Mother See for the Monastic Assembly and, before its official opening, visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial to pay tribute to the Holy Martyrs of the Armenian Genocide.

Following the wreath-laying ceremony, the monastics offered a prayer service for the repose of the souls of the Holy Martyrs.

They then proceeded to the Yerablur Military Pantheon to honor the memory of the valiant sons of the Armenian nation who laid down their lives for the homeland and to pray for the repose of their souls and for peace.

The participants in the Assembly also visited the Komitas Pantheon to pay tribute to the memory of Komitas Vardapet. At the tomb of the renowned Armenian Church Archimandrite, they offered a requiem service.
