In Response to Numerous Media Inquiries

The Commission on Awards and Disciplinary Affairs of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin held a regular session to review disciplinary issues concerning clergy, as well as suggest ecclesiastical awards. The agenda also included a scheduled meeting with Fr. Aram Asatryan and Fr. Taron Hunanyan.
As the clergymen did not attend the session, it was not possible to conduct a full discussion.
We remain hopeful that the priests will respond, return to the canonical order, and visit Holy Etchmiadzin to meet with the members of the Commission.
